Lama Tharchin Rinpoche gives an introduction to Ngöndro (the preliminary practices of the Vajrayana) and an explanation of the four thoughts that turn the mind towards the dharma. Rinpoche began this teaching n 2007 as part of an extended series on Ngöndro, but due to health problems, gave only this single teaching. Rinpoche continued teaching on the concise Dudjom Tersar Ngöndro in 2008 with Heart Teachings Dudjom Tersar Ngöndro Teachings (Series 19) by Lama Tharchin Rinpoche.
